The individual steps of a mailshot campaign are presented graphically using "frames". A frame that is connected to an initial mailshot is created automatically.
If the mailshot campaign is to be expanded by other mailshots a user has to connect them to it.
The menu can be opened for each frame by clicking on the 
icon. The available options depend on:
- the type of selected mailshot (e.g., whether the mailshot after reaction or a repetitive mailshot is edited)
- the nested level
- the mailshot connection
The frame in which the currently edited mailshot is connected is, for better clarity, highlighted in blue.
