Mailshot Campaigns |
The mailshot campaign consists of one or more mailshots that follow after one another, or can be connected together. The relationship between particular mailshots is shown graphically and managed directly from the details of any connected mailshot in the Campaign tab. The basis of this "mailshot campaign" is an initial mailshot, which determines the target group for the following mailshots of this campaign. The initial mailshot can be any mailshot sent in the standard way (i.e., each mailshot, with the exception of ABC-Mailshots), that has been created in the menu New Mailshot. Other following mailshots can be connected to the mailshot campaign; they can be created and defined in the Campaign tab of the initial - or any - mailshot connected to the campaign. A copy of a mailshot can be also taken over for the following mailshot, or it is possible to directly connect the initial mailshot of another campaign, if another mailshot is not connected to it. Once the initial mailshot is delivered within the campaign, the set rules will apply for dispatching the following mailshot of the campaign. These rules specify to whom and when the next mailshot will be sent. Each mailshot is then sent automatically. The target group for the following mailshot is made up of:
The mailshot campaign can be edited/expanded throughout its validity, that is, even if all campaign mailshots have already been delivered and/or archived. Mailshot campaigns are currently available for the EMAIL channel. Neither the use of rented addresses, nor the Voucher server, is implemented.
