The option 
Disconnect Mailshot is available from the menu 
and is used to disconnect mailshots from the campaign.
This disconnects mailshots from a frame and enables them to be replaced by another mailshot. If the currently managed mailshot is disconnected then the details of the initial mailshot are opened instead of those of the disconnected mailshot. The user stays on the Campaign tab and can continue editing the campaign. This option is only available for drafting and archived mailshots.
Mailshot Draft
The disconnected mailshot may stay in the draft status as a Single Mailshot.
Archived Mailshot
The disconnected mailshot may stay in the archive status. A frame including a disconnected mailshot is not removed from the campaign (it contains information about mailshot delivery until it is archived). The 
icon is shown before the mailshot's status in the frame.
A new frame with the same reaction type as that of the one that has been disconnected can then be connected. This solution can be used in when the sent content has not raised the required recipient reaction.
Only mailshots that are not linked in the next step of the campaign can be disconnected. If the option is not available in the menu, then the next step of the campaign is linked to the mailshot's delivery and it is necessary to gradually remove all subsequent steps. |
